Custom Staircase Manufacturer
We are not a general building materials catalog. We focus on custom staircases—curved, spiral, floating, and straight—and engineer each flight with its matched railing as one drawing set.
From steel fabrication and glass railing in our Guangdong workshop, through trial assembly on the floor, to export-ready wooden crating — every step is built around getting your staircase to site labeled, aligned, and ready for your installer.
WHY A STAIRCASE SPECIALIST
Why Staircases Need Specialist Work
A staircase is where design, structure, and daily use meet in one place. When these parts are handled separately, small mismatches can turn into costly site fixes. We focus on staircases as a specialist line, so the system works as one from drawing to delivery.
Geometry First — Before Fabrication
We resolve key geometry in shop drawings first: walking line, headroom, landing alignment, and railing flow. That way, conflicts are addressed before production starts, not after components arrive on site. The result is a staircase that fits the space with less installation friction.
One Structural Language
Stringers, tread supports, and railing anchor points are coordinated as one structural system. Whether the form is curved, spiral, floating, or straight, we engineer connections together instead of treating them as separate packages. This improves consistency from workshop trial assembly to final site installation.
Finish Coordination Under One Roof
Steel, glass, wood, and stone details are coordinated in the same production flow. During trial assembly and dry-fit checks, we review alignment, profile transitions, and finish junctions before export crating. This helps deliver a cleaner final look and reduces rework pressure for your local installer.
WHAT WE CHECK
On the Trial Floor — Before It Ships
The homepage walks through our full service timeline. Here we zoom into one moment that defines our workshop discipline: trial assembly. Before a staircase is crated, we check it on the floor — against the approved shop drawing, as a matched set with its railing, and only then as cargo cleared for export.
Checked Against the Shop Drawing
On the trial floor, geometry is checked against the approved shop drawing — walking line, landings, and railing path. The goal is simple: what you approved on paper should match what stands in the workshop before anything is packed.
Matched-Set Dry-Fit on the Floor
Treads, balustrade, and key connections are dry-fitted as one matched set. Fit issues are typically caught here — during trial assembly — so they are less likely to surface as first-day problems for your local installer.
Cleared for Export Crating
Only after floor checks pass do sections get labeled to the drawing and packed in export-ready wooden crates. The staircase leaves as organized cargo — ready for ocean shipping and for assembly by your local team using our shop drawings and install guidance.
WHO WE BUILD FOR
From Private Villas to Signature Commercial Entries
Every staircase project has a decision-maker and a delivery team. We write and build for both — starting with the owner who wants the stair to feel right in the home, then supporting the professionals who get it installed cleanly on site.
Villa & Custom Home Owners
For villas and high-end renovations where the stair is a daily feature. We turn your brief into shop drawings and a matched set for your installer.
Luxury Apartments & Penthouses
For premium apartments and penthouses — compact spirals, floating runs, or clean straight flights, each coordinated with its railing.
Architects & Designers
Coordinated shop drawings you can mark up and revise, then workshop trial assembly before export so design intent survives fabrication.
Builders & Commercial Teams
Labeled sections in export-ready crates for lobbies and multi-unit work — less sorting for your crew on site.
CODES & COMPLIANCE
Drawings Referenced to Common Code Families
We coordinate shop drawings against the code family — and the edition — your project team names. For US work that often means an adopted IRC or IBC stair and guard package; for Australian work, the NCC path your state or territory currently enforces, with AS 1288 for safety glazing where glass is part of the guard. Your architect, engineer, or certifier confirms which edition applies and signs off. We draw and build to the approved drawing set.
We stay close to how those rules work on real jobs — at IBS 2026 in Orlando (booth W8567) with US builders, and at Sydney Build 2026 (booth U25) with Australian teams. On both stands the talk was fit, geometry, and guard detail — not us certifying your local code.
United States — IRC & IBC
US stairs: IRC-style rise, run, headroom, and guards for homes; IBC Section 1011 for commercial egress flights. Your adopted local edition governs. We coordinate shop drawings to your specs — uniform risers and treads, 34–38 inch handrails, 4-inch guard gaps. Reference values only — not approvals.
Australia — NCC, AS 1288 & AS 1657
NCC stairs: your state's adopted edition governs (NCC 2025 from May 2026; dates vary). Class 1 Housing Provisions set rise, run, and headroom, plus 865 mm barriers on flights and 1 m on landings (125 mm openings). Glass: AS 1288. AS 1657:2018 = plant access only. Not approvals.
