This is the factory contact for a custom staircase — not a local showroom. Shop drawings, production, trial assembly, and export crates all leave from our workshop in Foshan, Guangdong.
Write when the opening is still a hole in the slab, or when the architect's plan is already in hand. Name the country, and the form if you know it — curved, spiral, floating, or a straight run. If you are not sure, say that. We start from the opening you actually have.
A photo of the stairwell, a pencil sketch, or a floor-to-floor height — any one of those is enough to begin a drawing review. We look at the staircase and its railing as one set, then reply with next steps. We do not certify your local code, and on-site installation is not the default; your local installer takes the site.
